Processing time:

All shipping times are estimated to be 2-8 business days.

  • All Apparel Clothing like (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) that is made to order takes approximately 2-8 business days for production.
  • Non-apparel like (Mugs, Phone cases) takes 2-5 business days for production. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
  • 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days
  • U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    For all non made-to-order items, we accept unworn, unwashed, with tags on merchandise for return or exchange.  Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

    You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returned items. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

    We do not guarantee items will be in stock in case of exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and requesting a return for the item you wish to return. This will help ensure you get items while they are in stock. 

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Not. We don't ship internationally! We only ship within United States.

    Shipping Issues:

    One Way Christian Store is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undelivered items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

    In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. One Way Christian Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.  

    One Way Christian Store is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, FedEx weather or other events out of our control. 

    If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, reach out and we will help issue a replacement. One Way Christian Store is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx.

    If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

    Do you offer shipping with tracking?

    Yes, we do offer tracking number 2 or 3 hours after placing the order. Your tracking will be available.

    Do the products have any warranty?

    Yes, We have a full 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we'll gladly return your investment but shipping costs are to be covered by yourself. In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.

    Do all the items in orders always ship together?

    Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. If you wish to have your order held and all shipped together, please make a note at checkout so you can receive all the orders at the same time.

    REFUND POLICY

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273.
    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
